Armstrong Energy Pty Ltd has been a market leader and preferred supplier of specialized products primarily for the energy generation sector since the late 1990’s, and has since expanded and diversified into other areas such as mining, defence and general industry.
On-going review and analysis of our ever-evolving economy has identified opportunities for development, recognizing our changing market demands in an effort to pursue our business objectives and realize our customer requirements.
Armstrong Energy’s commitment to quality is customer focused and defined by our risk management approach engrained in our quality and business policies and practices to ensure customer requirements are fully determined, documented and satisfied at the highest level throughout all aspects of the contract to supply.
As such Armstrong Energy Pty Ltd is dedicated to providing value added products and services in response to the needs and requirements of customers in an innovative, efficient and cost effective manner demonstrative of the strong leadership and consideration of all interested parties.
To achieve the highest standards Armstrong Energy Pty Ltd has implemented the risk management principles of:
v AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System that defines the business process controls with an emphasis on customer satisfaction;
v Continuous review and improvement approach;
v Conformance to statutory/regulatory legislation recognizing occupational safety, health and environmental requirements.

Armstrong Energy's reputation and recognition relies upon the quality, reliability and service range as well as the standard of service offered to its customers.
To protect and enhance Armstrong energy's expanding market share, the quality and reliability of its services, reputation for integrity and service is the concern of every person who works for or on behalf of Armstrong Energy.
The reliability and quality of our services commences with the receipt of high level briefs with respect to such things as:
Selection and design of services to deliver the required outcomes;
Delivery of the services on time and within budget.
Professional management of the overall tasks / project.
The overall price paid represents value for money.
Satisfactory compliance with any legislation, standards, policies, etc. which may be appropriate.
Applying ethical standards, which include maintaining confidentiality, equity and privacy.
Armstrong Energy values your feedback.
Armstrong Energy will monitor its performance against its service standards and will seek feedback from customers through regular surveys of customer satisfaction.
We need your help to improve the way we operate and therefore welcome your suggestions for improvements. We equally seek your advice when we fail to meet our standards or live up to your expectations.
All staff will try to deal with any problem you have but the director is also available to assist if you are not satisfied with the initial responses/s or wish to offer general comments.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH STATEMENT

Armstrong Energy encourages the development of a culture and processes to ensure the safety and health of all employees, contractors and clients associated with our operations.
Beliefs:
In support of this, we believe that:
No business objective will take priority over safety and health.
All incidents and injuries are preventable.
Full co-operation for providing a safe work environment and rests with every individual.
All individuals have the responsibility and accountability to identify and eliminate or manage risks associated with their workplace.
OS&H legislation will be the minimum requirements for our safety and health standards.
To achieve a hazard free working environment and to maximise the operational effectiveness, we need and expect the full co-operation of all concerned.
Worksafe's General Duty of Care Guidance notes, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (1984), and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (1996) and other Guidance Notes and Codes of Practice will used to promote comprehensive and practical preventative strategies that improve the working environment.
